This project is the adaption of a protected mid-Victorian building as a house for today. A dilapidated return to the side of the house was demolished and replaced with a new service volume flanking the main volume over three stories. New utilities of bathrooms, dressers, hot presses, etc were provided along side the elegance of the original reception rooms. These rooms had been compromised by inappropriate box rooms and services, which were removed, restoring the reception rooms to their former glory.
