This project is a 550sqm fit-out within an existing building. The brief was to provide accommodation comprising reception area, conferencing facilities, open plan and cellular offices, kitchen, storage and comms facilities. The offices are bright and spacious with floor to ceiling glazing and white walls. The corridors are generous in width and lined with 2.2m high opal glass screens with recessed timber doorsets in between. The opal screens allow light to filtrate in to the corridors. While movement and activity in the offices can be detected, privacy is maintained.
