Max O'Flaherty -
Director, Architect
Max has a wonderful imagination. He is a founding director of the practice, a Grade II Conservation Architect with over 15 years experience.
Max’s expertise in conservation and gift in knowing how to work with older buildings has led to the successful delivery of many diverse challenging conservation projects. He is currently overseeing some challenging projects; one in particular involves a national heritage monument site within a protected coastal zone and special area of conservation. Max has taught design at UCD and DIT.
Karen Brownlee -
Associate, Architect
Karen skill is for strategy, project management and cost control. She excels at leading project teams to deliver building projects on time and on budget.
Karen has 10 years experience as a senior architect and has worked on a variety of institutional, commercial and residential projects for public and private clients. She is currently managing the refurbishment of Ballyfermot College of Further Education. Karen is a member of the Institute of Project Management Ireland.
Joseph MacMahon -
Architect
Joseph is a gifted designer and talented model maker.
He has specialist skills in design and sustainability. Joseph combines a deep understanding of the integration of design with a drive to reduce energy and create sustainable environments for the future. Joseph is currently overseeing some exciting projects, one in particular is the delivery of an A-rated tailor made one off house in Dublin. This house has been selected for inclusion in the Irish Architecture Foundation’s Open House event this October.
Olivia Safer -
Architect
Olivia has a good eye, an innate sense of what works and how to detail. She has 5 years experience as a design architect and project manager on private residential projects.
Olivia is currently leading the development of an exciting low energy housing initiative and has particular interest in the impact of buildings on the environment. Olivia also has a Masters in Sustainable Urban Development.
